True Value
This out of the way crag
features numerous sport routes mostly on the difficult side of
moderate. There are a couple 5.9s and one 5.10a but everything else is
harder, although everything tends to be fairly well protected. The
routes generally range from 40' to 60' and are all bolted with good
anchors. There is still some loose rock so be careful yarding on stuff
without testing it first, especially in the blocky sections of Spark
Arrestor and Pumpkin.

Directions
- From South Lake Tahoe head west on 50 and turn onto 89 south
in Meyers. At Pickett's Junction turn left and you will be on Hwy 88
and Hwy 89. At Woodfords turn right onto 89 and follow that through
Markleeville. When 89 turns left going up Monitor Pass stay on Hwy 4
for approx. 2 miles until you reach a bridge. Park just
before the bridge and the wall will be on your left.
