Lake Tahoe Golf Course

Lake Tahoe Golf Course is situated on the banks of the Upper Truckee River as it winds it's way through the Lake Valley towards South Lake Tahoe. The river comes into play on 13 of the 18 holes making this a true test of your golfing skills. Although you're surrounded by mountains, with astounding views of Twin Peaks, Mount Tallac, Freel Peak, Talking Mountain, and more, the golf course is one of the most level in the entire Tahoe region. The golf course is located about 20 minutes west of the state line on Highway 50. Set aside a good portion of your day, especially on weekends, as play can get rather slow at times. There have been discussions about major changes to the course due to efforts to return the Upper Truckee River to it's original path. We'll keep you posted as these discussions progress.
