Lake Tahoe's award winning Embassy Suites has a lot going for it. It's location between Heavenly Village and the Stateline casinos has always been ideal for those wanting to be in the middle of the action. With the Heavenly Gondola next door as well things have even gotten better. The hotel interior is very nice, with glass elevators, and a large atrium with tropical foliage and a large fountain that makes up most of the hotel. This is where the manager's receptions are held. There is not much to the outside of the hotel. There is nothing in the way of green space or any outdoor activities, though it's not far away.
A pass to Lakeside Beach is typically included with your room though you'll want to drive there if you've got beach stuff for a family.
