When I first moved to town Caesar's was the schiznit. Since then, however, things have become a bit run down and the property is no longer the flagship of Tahoe's Casinos. It has recently been purchased by the parent company of the Horizon with the understanding that the property would get more attention than the Horizon has. We'll see. In the mean time, it still is a nice place with tons of activities right on site. We'll keep you posted on the changes as they occur. As of today, the signs still say Caesars. As the changover occurs, there will be construction ongoing.
A pass to Lakeside Beach is typically included with your room though you'll want to drive there if you've got beach stuff for a family.
