Country Club Weddings in South Lake Tahoe

Growing up in South Florida, I couldn't swing a cat without hitting a Country Club. Moving to Tahoe, one of the first things that struck me was the lack of Clubs with expansive clubhouses that are so ideally suited for large weddings. While there are very few private country clubs in Tahoe (one, with a nine hole course), there are several fantastic golf courses with all the amenities you'd expect from a large country club. Typically, you must have your reception at the club in order to have your ceremony there.

South Shore Country Clubs

Edgewood-Tahoe - Weddings at Edgewood are the stuff dreams are made of. The magnificent clubhouse sits right on Lake Tahoe's southern edge.

Lake Tahoe Country Club - Spectacular mountain views abound at this country club on the west side of town.

Genoa Lakes Country Club - Located in the Carson Valley, Genoa Lakes features two courses at separate locations, each with their own clubhouse. There are a number of options available for up to 250.

David Walleys Hot Springs Resort - OK, so it's not really a country club, but the only thing missing is the golf, and it's your wedding. There are a number of venues to choose from at this Carson Valley gem.
