Alpine Weddings in South Lake Tahoe
South Lake Tahoe is built on the flanks of peaks that rise to well over 10,000 feet. This provides a number of beautiful opportunities for beautiful alpine weddings. You'll find listings across the entire area. Some offer weddings year round, while availability is limited to Summer for others.

Emerald Bay - This is a beautiful alpine location with great views of the lake.

Strawberry Lodge - Rustic lodge with beautiful lawn along the banks of the American River near it's headwaters.
Tahoe Sierra Mountain Home - Situated on a small private alpine lake in beautiful Hope Valley, this home is ideal for a wedding with a true alpine feel. It's even in Alpine County.
Ridge Tahoe Resort - The Ridge Tahoe features grand mountain and valley views and offers ceremonies and receptions for up to 175.
Chart House - The Chart House features elegant dining as well as a large lake view lawn. Perfect for a sunset ceremony.
Tahoe Party Estate - Hidden in Upper Kingsbury you'll find this lake view gem for your ceremony and reception.
Glen Alpine Falls - This waterfall just upstream of Fallen Leaf Lake is a beautiful setting for a small wedding. Keep in mind the stream is dependent on the water season.
